The Terre Blanche Golf Club is based on the Terre Blanche estate. A haven of peace offering a magnificent panorama on the mountains and the medieval villages up on the neighbouring hills. With its two courses, "Le Château" 6,616 m & "Le Riou" 6,005 m (only for embers), the club proposes a unique site in France. Majestically spreading around the Resort, both lines were drawn up by Dave Thomas, the world famous architect (De Verc Belfry). Here, water is omnipresent with sumptuous waterfalls and lakes. As regards technique, its two courses are very interesting, sometimes surprising while remaining accessible to all players. |

• 2005-12-18 : Jacquelin, touring pro
A year and a half after the opening, following the initiative of the Hopp family, the “Domaine de Terre Blanche” has become a high spot for golf on the Côte d’Azur where there is a continued succession of events. Raphaël Jacquelin, one of the top French players and winner of the 2005 Madrid Open is officially the “Touring pro” of the Four Seasons Golf Club Provence in Terre Blanche. Accustomed to the resort where for the last two years he has come to train regularly, Raphaël Jacquelin is happy to take on the role as the official representative: “the Four Seasons Golf Club Provence in Terre Blanche offers exceptional quality in technical terms with the two courses that complement each other very well. It is also the only golf course in Europe to have a Biomecaswing centre”. A very good place to concentrate, where Raphaël Jacquelin trains between two tournaments with his coach Alain Alberti, manager of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy located within the very resort. The arrival of Raphaël Jacquelin gave rise to a reception also attended by the general manager Dimitrios Zarikos. The opportunity for him to confirm his ambitions: “We want to make our golf club one of the best in Europe. Today we are particularly proud to have been chosen as sponsor by Raphaël Jacquelin. We are delighted to collaborate with Raphaël Jacquelin and hope to bring him luck this coming year.” During this same evening before a friendly competition, the Four Seasons G.C. Provence in Terre Blanche celebrated its first official entry into the “Guide des Golfs Peugeot 2006-2007” with a grade of 17/20 for its “Le Chateau” course and 16/20 for its second course “Le Riou”. This good news was celebrated by a number of sporting celebrities close to Raphaël Jacquelin: Guy Forget, Alain Prost, David Ginola, Eric Roy, Sébastien Vieilledent, Jacques Lafitte, Laurent Blanc…
