Golf Méditerranée: Miami has been going through a real estate boom for the last ten years. Do you think that this will continue?

Lauris Boulanger: It’s true to say that Miami has visually changed.There are about 400 000 people who settle in Florida each year and they have to find somewhere to live.This flooding doesn’t seem as though it is going to dry up. Miami holds the key between North and South America, and is taking in some considerable business.

GM :According to you, where does this global infatuation come from?

LB : beaches, weather, pleasure… the way of living in Florida is appreciated by all who go there.

GM:Who are the buyers today in Miami?

LB : Our customers come from the four corners of the globe. People want to conciliate more and more, work and the way of living. Florida and Miami can offer them this possibility, once more the American dream.

GM: So it’s therefore worth looking into buying property in Florida?

LB : Obviously.Tourism and economy are at their height. Unemployment is low. So many possibilities are reassuring towards any property investment.

GM :You have been in this job for twenty years. Are you still as enthusiastic about it?

LB :Yes I love my job. Each project has a different and exciting adventure. I equally like human contact and this job fully acquires this. In spite of having a considerable amount of work I always manage to be at the total disposal of my clients.
